1. According to the producer, workforce management is a difficult area to get right. In the same vein, if the staff are not well-scheduled, it may lead to many managerial problems. What issues are considered or implied in the video?
2. Workforce management plan mapping consists of five major areas. Under the hospital contact center staffing, the producer explains that workers do not actually get 40 hours a week of productive work. How did the producer describe productive working time?

Remember, the Reference page is not a bibliography but a further listing of the abbreviated in-body citations used in the paper. Every referenced item must have a corresponding in-body citation.
