You have also learned why it is important to align compensation and benefits with organizational strategy and how the value employees place on compensation and benefits plays a role in this strategic alignment.
For this week’s assignment, research recent journal articles that reflect on each of these questions:

- What are some of the global implications when considering a compensation design?
Prepare a written assessment of the differing values employees have for different components of compensation and benefits plans. Be sure to provide examples to support your findings. These can include current trends or events in the field.
Support your assignment with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including seminal articles, may be included.
