Instructions please answer the following questions.  Use the course literature to answer the questions and use citations and references as needed.

1. Is conflict in the workplace a good thing? Why or why not.  Please take a position and support your point with the literature.
2. Do your prefer warm or cold climate vacation?  It will be vacation time at some point.  What is your preference?  Pretend you are at a cocktail party with friends and you want to convince your best friend to vacation in your preferred climate.  In no more than 2-3 paragraphs – what would you say to convince them to see it your way?
3. Think about a difficult conversation that you have had or you need to have – using the conflict management strategies from the literature how can you prepare for a difficult conversation or improve a previous conversation?
