- Ethical decision-making in health care is important to all stakeholders, including patients and staff. This assignment will help you understand keywords and definitions used in health care ethics, as well as ethical theories, your ethical values, and methodologies used in making ethical decisions.
This assignment has 2 parts. The purpose of Part 1 is to expose you to common keywords and definitions used in the health care industry regarding ethics. Part 1 prepares you to respond to Part 2, therefore it is important to complete Part 1 prior to starting Part 2. In Part 2, you will discuss your experiences with ethics, including your ethical values, ethical theories, and an ethical decision you have had to make. It is important to remember that as you share your ethical experiences with your faculty that you do not discuss information and details regarding a company or individual by name that are not public information.

Complete the Ethical Decisions Matrix Worksheet.Cite at least 2 reputable references used to complete your matrix. One reference must be your textbook, Ethics: Theory and Contemporary Issues. Reputable references include trade or industry publications, government or agency websites, scholarly works, a textbook, or other sources of similar quality.
Format your references section and references used in your matrix according to APA guidelines. Include a title page at the beginning of your worksheet.
