Select one or two health care leadership challenges and map which leadership functions (operational, entrepreneurial, and enabling) can be used to address them.
Create a 3-slide voice-over presentation using either Microsoft® PowerPoint® or websites such as Google Slides™, Adobe® Slate, or Prezi. The presentation will share your team’s proposed path to the solution using the leadership functions identified by Uhl-Bien and Arena.
