Describe the differences and similarities for the JOB POSTING

Assignment Instructions:
You are required to answer the following questions. You should save your answers in a Word document for submission. Make sure to include your name and student id number and the question as part of the Assignment response. For each assignment, you are expected to answer the assigned questions in your own words. Each assignment paper should be at least 400 words.

Recruitment Advertisement Effectiveness

Find two different job advertisements for the same position at two different companies (for instance, a restaurant manager at Benihana and a restaurant manger at McDonalds).

1. Describe the position and the companies you are evaluating. (this should be no more than one or two sentences)
2. Describe the differences and similarities for the JOB POSTING. (HINT – don’t list the similarities and the differences of the position tasks, keep your evaluation to the job posting format and structure).
3. Analyze the effectiveness of these two ads using the guidelines discussed in this chapter. (Reference the text information in your analysis).
4. Include the link to your job postings on your submission.
