Define a mini composition
Capítulo 5 (154-155) presents the Reflexive Pronouns and present tense of Reflexive Verbs. In English, reflexive pronouns and in -self or selves; for example, myself, yourself, ourselves). In Spanish, reflexive pronouns are use with some verbs (called reflexive verbs) that reflect the action back to the subject of a sentence, meaning the subject of the verb also receives the action of the verb.
Instrucciones
Paso 1
- Go to pages 154-155 to review the Reflexive Verbs. Then, do Paso 2.
Paso 2
- Next, write a mini composition (at least 15 complete sentences, in SPANISH). Write about your daily routine throughout the day from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed. Paragraph 1, start your sentence “por la mañana” (then proceed to describe the routine you do during the morning. Paragraph 2, start your sentence “por la tarde”; and paragraph 3, start your sentence with “por la noche”.
- For instance: Por la mañana me levanto a las seis y media. Después… (continue your composition). Por la tarde voy a la escuela y me encuentro con el profesor Cabuto durante las horas de oficina. Luego… (continue your composition). Finalmente, por la noche me tomo un vaso de leche. Enseguida me cepillo los dientes, etc.
- Pick at least TEN Reflexive Verbs (pp. 154-155), and FIVE other verbs of your choice to write your daily routine. Do not use the verb GUSTAR at all. Use vocabulary words, expressions, and verbs you have learned up to this chapter to move your story forward. In addition, I am attaching a list of words you can use as transitional words like next, following, then, later, etc.Actions
