Assignment Details

You are a project manager for a compliance-driven, complex project. You completed risk identification and risk analysis of 15 key risks that could affect your project (Unit 2). You also proposed risk response techniques and approaches to monitoring and control (Unit 3).

Your manager is very pleased with your reports and wants you to create a risk management plan presentation for executive management. You need to discuss all risk management plan components and be ready to answer any questions that executives may ask during the presentation.

Executive management requested that you present 15 slides in total (excluding the cover slide) covering topics presented in previously developed reports. Those reports are long, and management insists on a PowerPoint presentation with verbal explanations. You need to use the Notes feature in PowerPoint to provide at least 2 sentences for each bullet point or graph. The company hired a consultant who created a template that contains all 15 slides, with slide titles, explanations, and examples.

Use the PowerPoint template provided to complete your presentation. NOTE: Please delete all explanations, instructions, and examples in the template. Replace the examples with original, project-specific content. You can use tables and information provided in your two reports previously submitted for review to your manager.
