Your instructor will assign you one of the following options by Day 1 of Week 3. Prior to beginning the discussion, review additional required resources this week associated with this discussion. In your initial discussion post, address the questions associated with your assigned option. You must provide your Option number at the top of your discussion post.

Explain whether you believe that our justice system promotes frivolous lawsuits or protects against them when it comes to this case.
