Prof’s Feedback.
Hi, I’ve now reviewed your Blue Mood presentation and your Carz Bazaar Analysis. I provide feedback here which is intended for your benefit and resubmission. As to the presentation, you do hit most major points in response to most questions although there are some apparent confusions, and some things were omitted. Your employment at will analysis is on track. The crimes segment is overall good, except the FCA is not implicated. Bill did not likely commit a crime. For torts, you are on the right track with conversion and defamation. Alex could also be liable for civil fraud, and Nick and Juanita could both be liable for conversion because it does not require knowledge that the goods were stolen. The damages segment needs a lot of work and should correlate the torts of each person to the specific types of damages that may be available for each tort of each person. You should distinguish among special, general, and punitive for each tort of each person.
